Tableware Making Machine Main Features:
| Water Trimming | With water trimming process, can be trimming free. The edge
trimming machine is optional. |
| Fuel Consumption | Can use electricity or thermo conduction oil. If choose thermo
conduction oil heating, need to prepare a boiler. |

Flow Chart Explanation:
Pulping System: Clean virgin paper will be made into pulp with certain
concentration through pulping screening, grinding and addition of
chemical agents.Including: pupler, grinder, pulp tank, water tank,
pulp pump, water pump, agitator, consistency and control cabinet.
Forming And Hot-Pressing System (with the function of forming,
drying, hot pressing and stacking): The pulp is vacuumized into products on forming mold, then products
are transferred to hot pressing mold, after drying and hot pressing
processes; finally products will be transferred and stacked
together.
Vacuum System: Supply vacuum for forming machine.
Air Compressor System: Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Cementing Machine & Laminating Machine: Some products need coating, labeling, punching or printing, NANYA
can provide the corresponding machines.

What We Provide:
1. Pulp Molding Machine Manufacturing, including tableware
thermoforming machines, egg tray/egg box/ fruit tray machines,
machines for general quality industrial packages and high quality
industrial packages.
2. Mould, Tool and Die Set Manufacturing. We have our mould center,
we have professional team for designing and making moulds.
3. Project Management/whole production line. We will make quotation and analysis based on
customer’s investment and capacity and provide the complete
production line.
4. Training and Transfer of know-how. We will send 1 or 2 engineers
to customer's plant for installation guidance and debug; Training
includes the structure explanation of the equipment, production
technology, maintenance and common troubleshooting and practical
exercises.
