Machine Brief Introduction

BY series pulp molding integrated machine is the semi-automatic tableware production equipment developed by NANYA company. The forming and drying/pressing workstations are combined in one machine. The forming workstation is in middle of the machine, the drying/pressing workstations are in left and right side of the machine. The working distance for operator is close, thus the efficiency is higher.

It is used for all kinds of tableware products production, paper plate, meal box, cutlery, coffee cups, etc.

1	Overall appearance	1. Adopt forming/drying integrated structure, compact structure and convenient to operate. 2. The whole surface is covered with SUS304 stainless steel plate, with good rust prevention, beautiful appearance and long service life.
2	More homogeneous pulp supply	1. To ensure homogeneous sucking pulp during production, and the weight deviation of each product is less than 5% , 2. Forming mold goes down into pulp tank and suck. Concentration in the pulp tank could be less than 0.3%.
3	High assembly accuracy	1. The deviation of flatness and parallelism between top and bottom mold plate is less than 0.2mm, which ensures the precision when closing. 2. Four-column is made by 80mm hard chromium guide rod guiding structure, guide length of movable template is 250mm, running more smoothly and accurately.
